Welcome to the Nemti home page. Our aim is to give future visitors and former inhabitants a feeling for today’s Nemti and some idea of our environment, our past and our future. What we do with our leisure time and our working day and what you could do with your time with us were you to choose to visit us or to live with us. How you could share with us our exceptional nature reserve, silence and healthy air.
My ambition as Mayor over the past eight years has been to serve the village by creating conditions where the village is restored to economic and social self –sufficiency where it is a pleasure to live. Visitors, passing or more permanent, are a very important part of this project in bringing with them – and taking away – an enriching cultural diversity. But we must take the first step in showing you why Nemti is interesting, and that is the ambition of this website.
We sincerely hope that many of you will convert from virtual to real visitor. There are hotels for the passing visitor and houses for the more permanent.
